How to Form an LLC, Business Formation, Legal Considerations When Starting a Business – With Brian Hanning
Welcome to the Analytive Podcast. Today for our guest I have Brian Hanning. Brian is a lawyer specializing in business-related law.
I asked Brian to come on the podcast for two reasons: First, as a business owner, I had questions about many of the legal aspects of running a business. Brian was gracious with his time, and I’m grateful for his ability to explain complex legal topics simply. If you’re starting or running a small business, this is a great foundation.
The second reason I wanted to have him on is: I get a lot of questions from other entrepreneurs about corporate formation, trademarks, and other business-related issues. I’m by no means an expert, so this interview with Brian is something I hope to pass along to them.
